Welcome to Chanelle de Lau. By accessing chanelledelau.com or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

1. Our Products

Chanelle de Lau Ltd. offers digital educational guides, downloadable PDF workbooks, editable Canva templates, and related bundles.

All products are digital. No physical products are shipped.

Our materials are intended for personal preparation, planning, and education. While based on real pageant experience, they do not guarantee competition results, placements, or titles.

2. Purchases & Payments

All product prices and applicable charges are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, including a valid email address.

3. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, digital download links and access instructions are normally sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

Some products include separate PDF instructions containing links to editable Canva templates. A Canva account and internet access may be required.

No physical shipping, shipping fees, or parcel tracking apply.

If your files do not arrive or an access link fails, please contact customer support.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable after files or access instructions have been delivered, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

For eligible EU consumers, statutory withdrawal rights are lost only where all applicable legal requirements have been met, including prior express consent to immediate digital delivery, acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights, and the required confirmation.

This policy does not exclude refunds or remedies legally required for faulty, incorrect, inaccessible, or undelivered digital products.

5. Personal Use & Copyright

All original guides, workbooks, designs, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Chanelle de Lau or their respective rights holders.

Purchases provide a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and personalize the materials.

Redistributing, reselling, sharing paid access links publicly, or republishing our original materials as your own products is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

6. Third-Party Services

Certain products integrate with Canva, a third-party platform. Customers may need to create an account and comply with Canva’s terms of use. We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party services, except where applicable consumer law requires a remedy.

7. Liability & Consumer Rights

Our products are provided for educational and organizational purposes.

We aim to supply accurate descriptions and functioning digital products. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
