Digital Products — Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products sold by Chanelle de Lau are digital downloads, including PDF guides, editable Canva templates, and bundles.

All digital sales are generally final and non-refundable once the purchased files or access instructions have been delivered. We do not ordinarily offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges after access has been provided.

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, inaccessible, or undelivered file, please contact us with your order number so we can resolve the issue.

Consumer Rights: This policy does not limit statutory rights. Where applicable, consumers retain their legal withdrawal rights unless the requirements for losing those rights through immediate digital delivery have been satisfied, including express consent, acknowledgment, and the required confirmation.
