Terms & Conditions

Updated October 25, 2026. These terms cover use of chanelledelau.com and purchases made from the Chanelle de Lau online store. Nothing here excludes or limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.

What we sell

We offer digital guides, printable/downloadable PDF planning materials and Canva-editable templates for pageant and wardrobe preparation. These resources are intended for personal organization and education, and do not guarantee competition placement, titles, specific results or outcomes.

Orders and payment

The product page and checkout show the contents of your purchase and the price, currency and applicable charges. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We may correct obvious listing errors or cancel an unfulfillable order and refund any payment owed.

Digital delivery and access

Products are supplied electronically via digital download links and/or emailed access instructions. No physical items are shipped. Use an accurate email address and follow the instructions in the Digital Delivery & Access page. Contact us promptly if your delivery email or access link is missing.

Canva and compatible software

Some purchases include a link to make an editable copy of a Canva template. You might need a Canva account, an internet connection and compatible software or a browser. Canva is a separate service governed by its own terms. Specific Canva features can require a separate plan.

Personal-use license

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, a purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and customize the supplied material for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish the paid files, share paid access links publicly or market the original materials as your own. Content you add remains yours, subject to any applicable third-party rights.

Refunds, withdrawal and consumer rights

Review our Refunds & Cancellations page before purchasing. You retain all applicable statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective digital content and any lawful right of withdrawal.

Privacy

How information is collected and handled is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please do not misuse the website or interfere with others' access.

Responsibility and disputes

We aim to provide products as described and working digital access. We are not responsible for third-party service outages beyond our control, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or your mandatory legal remedies. Any dispute is governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

Support and updates

For questions or complaints, contact us through our Contact page. We may update these terms prospectively. Updates do not retroactively remove rights associated with completed purchases.
