Refunds & Cancellations

Updated October 25, 2026. Chanelle de Lau offers downloadable digital products, including the Pageant Prep Kit, Wardrobe Lookbook and their bundle. No physical products are shipped or returned.

Digital items

Digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable after the download or template-access files have been delivered. Because these materials can be accessed and copied, we do not normally provide discretionary change-of-mind refunds once access has been supplied. However, nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or refund rights that apply to your purchase.

EU and EEA customers

EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days from the conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, unless a lawful exception applies. Where immediate digital delivery is offered, this right is lost only if all legally required conditions are met, including express consent to delivery beginning during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and the required confirmation. This policy does not assume those conditions were met merely because an order was placed.

If you retain a statutory right to withdraw, you can exercise it by sending us an unambiguous cancellation request via our Contact page within the applicable period. We will handle eligible requests and refunds under applicable law.

Incorrect, missing or faulty digital files

If a product is incorrect, faulty, inaccessible, incomplete or not delivered as described, please contact us with your order number and purchase email. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, replace the file, refund the purchase or offer another remedy required by law.

How to request help or a refund

Send your order number, the email used at checkout and a short explanation through our Contact page. If a refund is due, it is normally returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

These terms also apply to bundles, subject to applicable law and your individual order circumstances.
